Return Policy


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for online merchandise for credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. SeaVees is not responsible for packages mailed to us, so we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 14 days from the time you mail your order for return/exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
ITEMS NOT PURCHASED FROM SEAVEES.COM CANNOT BE RETURNED TO US.

How to exchange or return an item.
Please contact customer service at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 805-770-2636 to receive a return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide the following: First and Last Name, 5 Digit Order Number, Exchange Request or Return Request. All products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box with a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Return product sent back without an accompanying RA# will be returned to sender.

Once you have obtained your RA# please send your shoes to:

NOTE: When shipping product back to SeaVees, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. International Customers Please Note:
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
