The Boys of Santa Barbara.

We recently discovered there once was a minor league baseball team in Santa Barbara. In the summer of 1964, the Santa Barbara Dodgers arrived as part of the rookie level California League. They played just a few blocks from our current office headquarters at Laguna Ball Park. The team’s Santa Barbara stint was short – they departed after the ’67 season for Bakersfield – and Laguna Park was demolished in 1970.

Intrigued by the related origins of the Dodgers and SeaVees (our brand was originally established in 1964) we reached out to our friends at Ebbets Field FlannelsKnown as the go-to source in researching and creating historically accurate, 100% authentic ballcaps, we had been looking for an excuse to work with them for some time. Together we have recreated the original SB Dodgers ballcap that hasn’t been available since 1967. It’s exclusive to us and only offered at

Featuring Dodger Blue wool flannel, authentic felt lettering, satin taping and a leather adjustable strapback, this custom USA-made cap is a testament to the beautiful quality and craftsmanship of Ebbets Field Flannels. SeaVees is proud to honor the heritage of our hometown ball club. Limited quantities available, get yours while supplies last.
