Orders & Shipping

Thank you for your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of your order placement. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST, and we process incoming orders during regular business hours. Please see below for specific information regarding our order and shipping policies, and feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions.

Order Status

  • As soon as we receive your online order, we will email you an Order Confirmation that includes information about your order details. If you notice anything wrong with the order, please email us at cs@seavees.com so that we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your shipment’s tracking number at which point you can track the status for its delivery.
  • If you have any questions at all about your order status, please contact our Customer Success Team at (805) 770-2633 or cs@seavees.com so we may investigate the situation further.


  • All SeaVees.com orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order placement. We process orders Monday - Friday at 9am PST.
  • All packages ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2nd Day Air.
  • We are open daily Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST, and we process orders during regular business hours (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and major holidays). If you place an order after 9am PST on Friday, we will process and ship your product the following Monday.
  • All shipments are delivered on business days only, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
  • Unfortunately we cannot ship products to PO or APO boxes, only valid street addresses.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our Customer Success Team atcs@seavees.com.

International Shipping:
We accept international orders on SeaVees.com and ship anywhere in the world through our third party international shipping partner, Global Checkout. Global Checkout ships via DHL Express and FedEx Express to more than 200 countries around the world. If you desire shipping to a country outside of the U.S., please checkout through the blue international checkout button on the SeaVees.com shopping cart page. Global Checkout will then process your order and handle all fulfillment, delivery and support requests for international orders placed through their service.

All international orders that are placed through Global Checkout are governed by their terms of service and if you have any questions about your order please contact them directly at customerservice@globalcheckout.com.
