Orders & Shipping

Thank you for your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of your order placement. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST, and we process incoming orders during regular business hours. Please see below for specific information regarding our order and shipping policies, and feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

  • GROUND SHIPPING: Please place your order by December 16, 2016, to receive by December 23, 2016.
  • 2-DAY SHIPPING: Please place your order by December 20, 2016, to receive by December 23, 2016.

Order Status

  • As soon as we receive your online order, we will email you an Order Confirmation that includes information about your order details. If you notice anything wrong with the order, please email us at cs@seavees.com so that we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your shipment’s tracking number at which point you can track the status for its delivery.
  • If you have any questions at all about your order status, please contact our Customer Success Team at (805) 770-2633 or cs@seavees.com so we may investigate the situation further.

Shipping 

  • All SeaVees.com orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order placement. We process orders Monday - Friday at 9am PST.
  • All packages ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2nd Day Air.
  • We are open daily Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST, and we process orders during regular business hours (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and major holidays). If you place an order after 9am PST on Friday, we will process and ship your product the following Monday.
  • All shipments are delivered on business days only, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
  • Unfortunately we cannot ship products to PO or APO boxes, only valid street addresses.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our Customer Success Team atcs@seavees.com.

International Shipping:

SeaVees.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
