While we hope that you are happy with your SeaVees purchase, we understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you may have changed your mind on a color or style. That’s no problem, we are here to help. Please email our Customer Success Team at email@example.com if you have any specific questions or concerns about your order.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original shoebox free of postal labels and damage. Once we receive your product back in our warehouse, we will issue you a full refund.
Please follow these simple steps to make a return:
Email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). You will then be sent an email from SeaVees with your RA# included in it.
Print the Return Authorization email and include in your return shipment.
Package up your original purchase and include the RA# on the exterior of the shipment.

*Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your credit.
You may exchange an item in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) for up to 30 days from your original purchase date. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will happily assist you with your exchange. If the item you are requesting for an exchange is out of stock, we will help you find a suitable replacement.
Please follow these steps to make an exchange:
1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your reason for exchanging. Our Customer Success Team is here to help you resolve any fit, sizing or style issues and can guide you to a pair that is perfect for you.
2: We will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a shipping label to send back your original item for exchange.
3: Print the Return Authorization email and include it in the box of your exchange shipment.
4: Tape your shipping label to outside of your exchange shipment and either drop off at the nearest location or arrange for a pick up.
*Once we receive your exchange, we will email you an online store credit for the original purchase amount to be used at your convenience. Please expect 2-3 business days to process once we receive your original product back at our warehouse.
SeaVees is not responsible for packages mailed to us, so we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.
Please keep your tracking number on hand until the entire refund has been processed.
Any item purchased at a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that specific location. We cannot accept any items not purchased via SeaVees.com.
