Returns and Exchanges

2017 Holiday Shipping and Return Policy 

    • For guaranteed Christmas delivery, your order must be placed by Thursday, December 14th. 
    • For Fed Ex 2-Day shipping, your order must be placed by Tuesday, December 19th. 
    • Returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 10, 2018, for any orders placed between November 23rd and December 10th. 

While we hope that you are happy with your SeaVees purchase, we understand that sometimes shoes don’t fit or that you may have changed your mind. That’s not a problem, you may return or exchange your item(s) FREE of charge based on the following criteria:

  • You made your purchase within the past 30 days. 
  • The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item.
  • The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. 

To return your order please follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a New SeaVees Customer Account or log into your existing SeaVees Customer Account.
  2. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Check your email for your FREE return shipping label.

To exchange your order please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the size or style you would like.

Once we receive your return or exchange shipment at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process a full refund for the returned item (this does not include outbound shipping charges). You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed.

Note: All returns and exchanges will need be sent back within 10 days. After 10 days the label will be automatically deactivated.

THE DETAILS ON HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Step One: SeaVees Customer Account.

If you do not have a SeaVees account, it is very easy to set one up. It will allow you to view order history, track shipping and view refund status. You can sign up by following these three easy steps.

  1. Click HERE to create an account.
  2. Enter your email and create a password. It is important that you use the use the same email used when placing your order.
  3. You will automatically be taken to your Customer Account.

If you already have an account with SeaVees, please log into your SeaVees Customer Account at the top right-hand corner of the website or click HERE.

Should you not want to create a customer account with us then reach out to our team and we would be happy to manually process your return.

 

Step Two: Request Your Return

  1. In your Customer Account, click on the order number containing the item(s) that you would like to return.
  2. Select the blue “Request Return” button.  
  3. Choose the reason for your return from the drop-down menu.
  4. Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to return.
  5. After selecting each item you would like to return click the “Request Return” box to submit.

 

Step Three: Check Your Email

  1. Within 5-10 minutes you will receive an email containing instructions for how to ship your return item(s) back to our warehouse.

Once we receive your return or exchange shipment at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund for the product received onto the original form of payment. You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed.

EXCHANGES

For Exchanges we ask that you return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you would like. We recommend purchasing your new product sooner than later as seasonal styles sell out.

Once we receive your return or exchange shipment at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund for the product received onto the original form of payment. You will receive a refund notification via email once this has been completed.

If your original order was placed with a discount code please contact SeaVees Support. Please provide your order number in the request form and we will provide you with a new code to use.

PLEASE NOTE
  • Please keep your tracking number on hand until the entire refund has been processed.
  • We do not process refunds for shipping charges on either returns or exchanges.
  • Any item purchased at a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that specific location. We cannot accept any items not purchased on SeaVees.com.
  • Any "final sale" items may not be returned or exchanged.
