Returns and Exchanges
*If you are making a return for an item you purchased during the GMA Deals and Steals TV promotion on 1/10/19, click here and follow the prompts to process your return. Please note that we are unable to facilitate style or color exchanges from this promotion. You will receive a free shipping label and will be refunded in full once the item is received back in our warehouse.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope that you will be happy with your SeaVees purchase. If the shoes don't fit or you have changed your mind on a style or color, you may easily return or exchange your item(s) based on the following criteria:
- You made your purchase within the past 30 days.
- The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item.
- The item you purchased is still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- The item you purchased is still in its original shoebox. (unaltered)
- Go to SeaVees RETURN & EXCHANGE page and follow the prompts to start your exchange.
- You will be emailed an Instant Refund Voucher Code that may be used to place a new order immediately.
- We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original order.
- Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any USPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days. If there's a remaining balance on your Instant Refund Voucher, it will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Go to SeaVees RETURN & EXCHANGE page and follow the prompts to start your return.
- Your pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any USPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days.
Once we receive your exchange or return item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process a full refund for the returned item (less the original outbound shipping fee). You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
If you live in Santa Barbara or are passing through, we invite you to our Showroom and Guide Bar where we'd be happy to process the return or exchange for you. The SeaVees Showroom and Guide Bar is located at 118 East Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA., and is open Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm PST.
