We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope that you will be happy with your SeaVees purchase. If the shoes don't fit or you have changed your mind on a style or color, you may easily return or exchange your item(s) based on the following criteria:
*Please note: SeaVees returns and exchanges window has been extended for the 2018 holiday season. If you placed your order between November 20th and December 15th, you will have until January 15, 2019, to either exchange or return your order for refund.
Once we receive your exchange or return item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process a full refund for the returned item (less the original outbound shipping fee). You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
If you live in Santa Barbara or are passing through, we invite you to our Showroom and Guide Bar where we'd be happy to process the return or exchange for you. The SeaVees Showroom and Guide Bar is located at 118 East Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA., and is open Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm PST.
